Forum Theater Workshop

Forum Theatre is a theatre technique founded by brazilian Augusto Boal. The play is usually played twice and always shows some kind of problematic situation. It’s different from classical theatre because in forum the audience is expected to intervene and give solutions to the problem. The public can say their opinion during the second play and show how they could change the situation to enable a different outcome. The aim is to create discussion and different solutions to this concrete case.
Forum Theatre techniques can be used everywhere and it also includes warm-up games which are good starting point.

Matej Benuska

Expansion Manager at Taxify

"It looks like Uber. It feels like Uber. But it’s not Uber. On the surface, Taxify seems identical, but this app couldn’t be more different. This Estonian challenger has one simple advantage – the drivers love it just as much as the passengers. With over 1m customers and counting, Europe’s fastest growing taxi app is coming, whether Uber likes it or not. And where Uber is losing money, Taxify’s pulling in a profit" The Memo, 15 FEBRUARY 2017.

marketplace economics game

Marketplace is a game developed by Junior Achievement to illustrate how economy is created and works and gives students an opportunity to experience the impact and importance of business. In Alumni we have given the game our own spin and want to experiment with ever bigger and more challenging economies, to simulate the economy nowadays as much as possible.
